  • You pick 2 main living spaces for us to stage - most often this is living room, dining room or primary bedroom.

  • Listings up to $500k

  • Whole home staging includes the lease of furniture and accessories + staging and de-staging services.

  • Staging services include: furniture, rugs, artwork and decorative accessories.

  • This package also includes kitchen and all bathrooms.

  • Additional room packages available upon request (ex: adding in an office would be $200-$400).

$2,000-$2,200 - main package

  • Includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and all bathrooms.

  • Listings up to $500k

  • Curated collection of staging items that correspond with home renderings, style and finishes of the home.

  • Whole home staging includes the lease of furniture/accessories + staging and de-staging services.

  • Staging services include: furniture, rugs, artwork and decorative accessories.

  • Additional room packages available upon request (ex: adding in an office would be $200-$400).

$2,600+ - luxury package

  • Listings ranging from $750K-$2M

  • Curated collection of staging items that correspond with home renderings, style and finishes of the home.

  • Whole home staging includes the lease of furniture/accessories + staging and de-staging services.

  • Staging services include: furniture, rugs, artwork and decorative accessories.

  • Includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and all bathrooms.

  • Additional room packages available upon request (ex: adding in an office would be $200-$400).

OCCUPIED LISTING STAGE

$400-$1,200

  • Our team visits the listing and curates a specific selection of goods to highlight and compliment the look of the home - plants, towels, decor items, throw pillows and blankets.

  • Our team then comes and prepares the home for listing pictures and showing with the curated goods - usually 2 hours.

  • This services does not include furniture, but instead uses the furniture of the seller.

STAGING BUCKET

  • LIST CONSULTATION: Don’t want a whole home stage, but want us to come advise your client? A listing consultation is separate from a whole home stage. This is a 1-hour meeting where our team collaborates with the realtor and/or listing client to establish how best to prepare the home for listing photographs and showings.

  • Within 24 hours, our team sends a PDF of all staging or design recommendations to the client.

$100/bucket

  • A staging bucket includes three sets of white bathroom towels, a white shower curtain and a variety of small + medium green plants, sure to spruce up any listing.

  • Staging buckets are leased on a 30-day basis.
