1-3 weeks before you need staging, our team meets with you and/or your client at their home for 30 minutes to an hour. We meet to discuss the vision for and scope of the staging project. Afterward, our team meets to discuss what style best suits the home. We then come up with a design that will cater to the greatest number of buyers for this particular home/neighborhood/style of home, etc.

Within 24 hours, you and the client will receive a bid and description of the proposed project.

After a project bid and proposal are accepted, a contract is signed and date is finalized for the staging of the home to occur. On the agreed upon date, we will come to the home and stage the home. Depending upon the scope of the project and size of the home, staging can take anywhere from 4-10 hours.

After the home has sold, we will come and de-stage the home on a mutually agreed upon date. This is generally 3-4 weeks after the initial stage occurs.
